- A survey is arranged - A fitter will visit your home or site of choice to take measurements of the doorway. This will ensure that your door is made to accurate sizes, as every home is different.
- We will confirm details - From the survey, we can determine what door styles are available to you, and offer alternatives should your chosen door not be available in the sizes taken from the survey. When our door experts confirm details of your order with you, production will go ahead.
- Your door put into production - Each door is made to order to ensure perfect fitting within customers' homes or sites. Once your door has completed production, we will inform you that it is time for installation.
- Fitting on a day to suit you - Installation is arranged for a date that is convenient to you, and your assigned fitter will be in touch to confirm this with you. No mess is left for you to tidy, and we even uplift your old door at no extra cost.
- We contact you for payment - After installation of your new door, we will be in touch regarding final payment for your order.
- We issue the guarantee - With the conclusion of your order, we will send you the guarantee for your new door. Should any issues arise with the door, you can contact us to arrange after-care.
